These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yumamortgages.com (the "Site"), operated by Contractors Choice Agency on behalf of Yuma Mortgages ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of the service

Yumamortgages.com is a marketing website operated by Contractors Choice Agency and is not a mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator. We do not underwrite, approve, fund, or service any loan. Submitting your information connects you with a network of independent licensed lending partners who may contact you regarding purchase, refinance, manufactured/modular home, or government-backed home financing in the Yuma, Arizona area; loan terms, rates, and eligibility are determined solely by the participating lender you are matched with, not by Contractors Choice Agency. All financing is subject to credit approval, property eligibility, appraisal, and the individual underwriting guidelines of each lending partner. No guarantee of approval or terms

Use of the Site, and submission of any form or information through it, does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, approved for financing, or offered any particular rate, term, or loan amount. All financing is subject to the credit approval, underwriting standards, appraisal requirements, and eligibility guidelines of the participating lender you are matched with. Advertised rates, terms, or program descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the terms ultimately offered to you.

Limitation of liability

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party lenders

Participating lending partners are independent businesses, not employees, agents, or subsidiaries of Yuma Mortgages. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, rates, fees, or services of any lending partner. Any agreement you enter into with a lending partner is solely between you and that lender, and is governed by that lender's own terms and disclosures.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the [State of governing law], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
